Help ringtone problem

hi frds,
I am having problem with ring tone ...in the setting option the phone ring tone is showing only silent mode. And I am not able to switch to other modes. Other features are working fine.. what do i do now

Turn the volume up.

It's the rocker key on the left hand side as you look at the phone. Looks like you accidently turned it down.
