Help ringtones do not work

None of the ringtones work at all no matter I set it on. Whenever someone calls i get an automated voice that spells the number out or says the name. Default ringtones do not work and aftermarket app tones don't work. Help!

Have you check the settings for caller Id readout? It is under settings call settings and hen caller id readout. The is an option for caller id readout only. Make sure you check ring only.
