Root RNG Seeder app reduces lag

Hey guys

Found this app on google playstore and the author keeps it updated on xda as well with permission to intergrate it into roms.

The idea behind it is that a large portion of lag in earlier versions of android (not 4.0) is because of an entropy pool being depleted but this app keeps it brimming which should reduce lag and use very little resources doing so..

Works ok by me, just did a fresh install so its hard to compare.. YMMV
