Roadsync and Attachments

Hi there,

Could anyone tell me where roadsync downloads it's attachment to? I receive the email with an attachment and can see it when I touch the attachments icon in the hidden menu. I hold my finger down on the file and it comes up with a dialogue box that says Save attachment, but I am unable to find where there file is saved.

Can anyone assist?

with mine when i save an attachment i get a dialogue box to provide or change the filename with the location given underneath in blue. In my case /mnt/sdcard/ but it will probably depend on where you have told it to save data in settings. You can press the blue text to select a particular folder.

Thanks for your response Rheumatoid.
I don't get anything other than a "Save attachment" banner which when pressed does nothing. I don't get any menu to give me the option to save the file to any place in particular.
I also have 3 other phone, not mine but works, using roadsync which will not attach files either.
Wish I'd not bought it now, boss is not too impressed.

i can only suggest a reinstall as works fine for me.
