Help Roam Control app won't work

I had to wipe my phone and when I reinstalled roam control it gives me an error when I try to enter the activation code. I even purchased a new code with PayPal and still doesn't work. I have sent three emails to RC tech suppport and I still haven't gotten an answer. Has anyone experienced this with their phone?

Welcome to AF mtd000! I am not familiar with that app. I did see a "No Roam Control" in the play store...is your app related? What is that app supposed to do? Not allow roaming?..or restrict roaming sometimes? Where did you download it from? A trustworthy source?

Roam Control is an application that forces roaming on mostly HTC devices when there is a bad signal.

I personally tell others not to use it unless completely necessary.

Unfortunately, there isn't much we can do here about the issue but tell you to continue contacting RC support and , in the future, only download applications that can be found on Google Play.

Roam control contacted me finally by email and resolved my issue by resetting all of the purchased pass codes from pay pal.
