Help roam data not working helpppp

I just got a brand new HTC, soon as I started playing with the phone, after a few days it asked me to update my operating system. As soon as I did this, I noticed my data network cut off. I checked with my service provider 'utility warehouse' which use tmobile and orange. They said its the first time they heard this problem. My data allowence is not up, my WiFi works, I get full signal, apn settings are correct and data network is permantlty on when not connected WiFi. I have tried factory resets etc. What can it be? :confused:

Figured out its the Sense 3.0 install that wipes the APN settings data away, so do any of you know the apn settings for Utility Warehouse / Telecom Plus?
