"Roaming Indicator Off"

I have a rooted Huawei Ascend Cm7 Android version 2.3.4 with prl 3026 I installed this morning. Out of nowhere a couple of days ago I have an annoying "Roaming Indicator Off" message on my Status Screen. I can not seem to correct this. Has anyone else experienced this and any info to correcting it would be "GREAT".
 
Hey ShinySide, are you on 3g most of the time down in Palm Bay? I noticed when I leave Canveral Groves area where I live, and drive around Cocoa and Melbourne I have been on 3g. Did they just start this lately?
 
Its pretty spotty and slow here when I was still messing with it all. Im on 4G now so i dont know if it improved any since about a month ago.
