Help Roaming troubles

I have been on roaming for 3 days now on my HTC EVO. I spent 50 mins on the phone with Sprint and then another hour in a Sprint Store. They have wiped my phone and started again. And still they could not fix it. They said that there is something wrong with the phone. Has anyone else had this problem.

If they have spent this much time looking at your phone and still can't fix it, Sprint should be replacing the phone for you. Have they offered a free replacement?

They sure did. The EVO is on back order for 7-10 days. I can only receive, make calls and text. No internet, which really sucks!

Too bad they didn't offer to upgrade you. I'd make sure you are not paying for internet on your phone when you have the temp phone.
