Is this suppose to be installed on my phone??? They really advertised it as being a fully installed game right?? On mine when i click on it - it asks me to either connect to wifi or say no to dowload demo over 3g... When i say no the screen goes black and thats it. Regardless isn't the full game just suppose to be fully installed???

On one of the earlier RUU rock band actually let you download the full version. Verizon seemed to change their mind about including the full game. When it downloaded the game it gave you the full version in an apk file on your sd card. so if you can find which ruu has it in it you should be able to get the full version for free. That is how I got the full version.
