Yeah, I noticed that it's missing the deluxe suite. I found S-Note in Samsung apps. But haven't really looked further. Odd. Seems like Rogers didn't care and removed it. I'm still tinkering with it. I'm glad I can now disable the bloat running. Just wish I can uninstall it.
To change the bottom screen icons, just go into the app drawer. Hit the menu button>switch. Now you can edit the icons and put whatever you want.
