Installation Instructions:

Do Not Flash GAPPS

1. Backup
2. Wipe data/factory reset
3. Install ROM
4 Reboot

OMG! ITS FINALLY OUT **sees 3G not working** Damn :( looking great though! Hope to see 3G soon ;D keep up the good work
 
I love how this Rom doesn't have the Volume Bug and the Speakers don't crackle like they do on other Roms i can finally play music at max volume :)

Do u think u can get 3g working pretty soon ? That would be sweet I would most definately rock this if we had working data
 
Thanks guys :) as long as your on wifi this Rom is pretty usable/stable some tips are:

Turn off "auto screen rotation" <--- keeps screen from getting stuck in landscape mode

Turn off "auto screen brightness" <--- doesn't work anyway manually change brightness

Keep nandroids of Minimal Triumph v1.0 and v2.0 and switch whenever you feel the need Im on v2.0 most of the time but I switch back to v1.0 when I need 3G or HDMI

Change Wifi sleep policy to "Never" under Wifi Settings > advanced settings <--- this will make sure your data connection doesn't get dropped

Other then 3g not working this Rom is marked alpha but IMO its the best Rom so far

Hope 3g works soon! Really wanna try this,but i need the 3g >.< and idk if i can request stuff,but can u make a theme with some red in it but ofc mostly black since its minimal :)
 
Omg only data isn't working? You work fast my friend. So close to a fully functional 2.3 ROM in quite a short time, I am wildly impressed!

Yeah This Rom is using Andro-ID's Ril so Data might still have to be fixed with the Triumph's Ril. Mean while This Rom is meant for almost Daily use so it makes sense to use what works :). 2.3.4 Triumph is still in Development So when that is fully working This Rom will be updated again....
 
Man this is great.. so far the only thing that makes me feel even slightly motivated to learn any Androd development. You guys are doing great, data seems like an absolute pain to try and get working in this way, already impressed and if you guys manage to figure it out I might just go insane.

Keep up the amazing work this is very impressive.
