What would come on the TV? Did the TV recognize that something was plugged in? Did you get a blue screen or anything?

Sorry for the prodding- I am just wondering if in the kernel is possibly where the rest of my problem is with fixing HDMI. I fixed the problems in the libsurfaceflinger libraries and the daemon is no longer crashing. It should be working- but it just isn't.
I haven't worked on this too much since my spring break, but I might find some time if I can conclude that the problem is the kernel.

The TV would remain black but the phone would let me adjust the output screen as if it was working...... and yeah libsurfaceflinger.so was one of the libs i pulled from Andro-ID to make my Rom boot ( I ported it using Dsixda's Rom Kitchen)

Okay, that likely isn't where my problem is then. :mad:
 
Okay guys for real this time no joke..... ive gotten our Ril working on GB 2.3.4 no longer Andro-ID's Ril or RUIM card however sms is broken and data still doesn't work.... however it reads IMEI and Network now.....

- DEVS this is getting close please help we almost have real Gingerbread with HDMI it's getting harder and we could use the help :)

EDIT: Odd that it says No SIM Card but Calling works :confused: - build #2
 
I think I'm gonna wait till you get Texting/MMS working :-) Tested it out, and I liked how it shows 1X and 3G at the same time.

With the 3/30 build calls and text work but there's no chance of getting 3g working that's why we changed to the Triumph's radio we just gotta fix it :)
 
Theme chooser is an app that changes the UI all over the phone universally (similar if you were to change the OS theme in Windows)

Yeah, I can't wait to bomb some dodongos! have the best ROM since stock! (especially on the battery saving algorithm ;))

Technically all our Rom's use it all just some goes to system and cpu/gpu..... but when I looked advanced task killer told me I had 230mb available that's with apps running so I'd say it's similar to froyo's Ram usage
