ROM And Tweaks help

Hey guys, I have had my phone rooted for awhile now, but I just got a 32gb sd card so i want to install a good rom and some tweaks. For one, I would like to know if there is a way to increase my 3g speed other than the hidden menu settings, because I have already done that and my 3g is still pretty slow, I am also looking for a clean, attractive, stable rom for my phone. Also if you know of any nice tweaks for the phone, please let me know! So any replies with links to the rom or tweak would be very much appreciated Thank you!

You could try changing your PRL to a corporate version such as 11114. Might help might not! Check XDA forums for Sprint PRL's and guides on installation (Be sure to back up current PRL!!!)
