Agreed.

I'll take it up a notch though: the users who bash or bicker will receive infractions. Or a ban.

We're keeping an eye on this.
 
Thread cleaned up AGAIN. PM the user if you have suggestions for him (some of them were very well thought out and written.

This thread is about the ROM.

Don't have anything positive to contribute then move along!
 
Can you list what is different from cm (what changes were made)? What changes did you make that you say make it more stable?
 
and it shows the white htc incred screen..turns off.. vibrates comes back on.. turns off.. a few times before actually booting.. its really weird and annoying.. other than that.. good job :)
 
As other mods have stated, do not go off topic and/or try to bash the OP. If you don't like his work, close the thread. If you feel he is stealing something that isn't his and trying to pass it for his own work, report the thread immediately and we will handle it as we see necessary.

JDkoreclipse, as much as we have prevented your name from being trashed, I'm going to ask that you show the same respect for other members. Posting something like this is completely unnecessary and is not going to help your cause in gaining the trust of the staff nor its members.

Woop, doesn't bother me at all. I got banned for a week for asking him why he was bragging about a linpack score, while using the old linpack which was known to give inaccurate scores. They banned me for a month after for telling them why their forum was going down the shitter.

Well, I hope the mods don't take this as a bash, because it's not. But can you please explain what you have done to achieve these improvements? And how you measure them?

As it is, this reads like vague marketing rather than a true description of what is improved in your ROM over CM6. If you really want to have this ROM used/tested/accepted by more than a handful of people, real technical details would help greatly. And I'm sure I'm not alone in this desire.

I had nothing to do with the coding or devving or Cyanogenmod6, so i dont know EXACTLY the improvements, but i can tell you that there WERE improvments....

and v1.5 is in test versions

I'm confused, you created a rom but you have no idea what improvements you made? Yet you say there are improvements?

How can you say its faster and more stable if you don't know why. The evo code and Inc code aren't different fundamentally so I'm not sure where you're getting this from.


So if its not your code why are you renaming cyanogen mod to blackhawk? I think its disrespectful to those who worked hard on cyanogen to have it renamed to something else because you did a build prop edit and included a Dinc asop kernel.
