never really been tempted to Re flash before, but im thinking of having a bash with this.
ONE question
Using nandroid to back up, what Exactly is backed up, i gather contacts will be, but is it possible to back up installed apps and settings, so they Dont need setting back up??

Backup---> It will backup everything including apps but I m not sure for contacts and messages but i think it bakups that also.[TIP:- Backup ur contacts and messages through backup and restore app.]

For Mediascape
Instructions:
Boot into xrecovery, then install custom zip and then chose the mediascape zip file from sd card.
For Winamp

So ONE MORE question, my baseband is 2.0.46
Ive seen the screen shot saying this rom is 2.1.54
So am i right in thinking this wont work, and neither will any ROM that isnt 2.0.46??

ok so it can work now see this carefully.
Flash this RoM through xRecovery[before flashing make a backup from xrecovery.]

After flashing this u will be on these configurations :
Then install Blue sparks from d above tutorial....!!

when trying this, im getting an md5 error
Checking MD5 sums....
MD5 mismatch!
i downloaded the rar, unpacked on pc and copied the folder to xrecover/backup on sd
no spaces in folder name.
any clues?

EDIT THE 3RD.
I Now have the .435 rom running and have access to xrecovery.
i used this method in the end - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=10879507#post10879507
so am backing up as i type, and then will finally try the BlueSparks rom.
will post results and feedback.

Worked Fine mate, and i really like the rom.superb m8...!!
although still playing, i like the look and feel,
and am now wondering why i waited so long...with xrecovery the ability to switch is amazing.
Would Recomend this to Anyone.
And once again A HUGE THANKS TO Z3US for all your help. \m/ \m/
