Root [ROM] BlueKingdom 1.4 - Updated 9/29

Thanks for the info on the light problem. Been searching other forums about the mic prob. Fixes include...installing an app such as volume+, rooting and replacing audio system files and getting boost to replace the phone... Lol
I'm really liking Blue kingdom! Everything moves faster and smoothly! It's a fantastic ROM! THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK!
 
been using this ROM for a while, think its the best. One issue... my phone has started to go into roaming mode when I lose 3g signal. I dont think I changed any settings... any help is appreciated
btw im on boost...

EDIT:

I forgot to mention, another visual bug occurs when you hold down the power button (the power options). The three buttons on the bottom to put the phone one silent or vibrate etc are hard to see because the icons are white on a light grey background.

Thanks, most of these will be fixed when I get some extra time. High priority bugs will always be first.

I know about most of these bugs but they take time to fix, and I haven't had my design active in over a year, I do this for fun / for this community.
 
Is there a why to change the CDMA? For some reason I can't get onto Sprint, I made the BIG mistake of flashing PAC for the Evo and after that I lost my phone service, even when I restored the backup to BlueKingdom I don't have cell service. Have I "bricked" my phone by going to another ROM?

BTW I do have access to the net, BUT after all this is a cell phone.... LOL

Try to go to the stock rom and reset your data profile with the dialer, see if you get service back. If you do you can flash this rom.

Well those files get wiped when a new rom is flashed, it has something to do with your data profile (in #data#) or your service... you reset your data profile in the data menu of the dialer?
 
yes, I formatted the data folder with CWM.... some nut on youtube said to format that folder and the system folder, I'm new at this on a phone, I've installed new ROMs on Nooks and a Tab2 BUT never a phone before
 
Jssa, any way you can make a flashable zip with the HTC lockscreen?

I liked seeing the caller id and pulling the ring to pickup/decline a call. Tried putting in lockscreen apk from another rom, but that locked up the system and i had to reflash, assuming it needs something more involved like messing with framework to restore it.

Would be greatly appreciated.

Just flashed this ROM and so far I'm loving it. Should have made the switch to this one sooner. I love the aosp style theme.

Just two things I noticed so far:

1. Initially I wasn't getting 4g or so I thought. Had to reflash to get it working with power toggles, although the antenna icon does not display 4g symbol. Is this true for everyone else?

2. GPS is very slow to get a lock even with gps status app.

I've only been running this a day or so. I'll play with it some more and see if I notice anything else.

I have been using Blue Kingdom since early June when it was updated and I LOVE it! Thank you so much for your hard work. It has totally changed my HTC Evo Design (Boost) and I would recommend it to anyone who has had speed issues. The screens fly, updates actually work in a timely manner and all at once, and the battery lasts SO much longer now. I was ready to get a new phone that I cannot afford and this saved me! The ONLY issue I have is that I cannot connect my Bluetooth, but that is such a small price to pay for this awesome build. Thanks again!
 
I have been using this ROM from the beginning of its availability , & found it 2 be the best..... And I have tried just about all of them , I like to flash/ try different 1' s , but always use this as my daily ROM !!!!!!

ordered a new SD card so I can finish up some lockscreen issues and a few other minor things, those things short out so easy when you remove them often

Is anyone else having bluetooth headset issues? I'm using BlueAnt Q2. It pairs fine, plays music fine ... but when I'm in a call it completely kills call volume. Can't hear anything, and no one can hear me. Without headset calls work fine. This headset worked fine on stock ROM, fuziion and senseless kingdom.

Is there anything I can do? Any ideas?

backup and try it on another rom again and let me know

ok I will make a zip with the stock audio files for you today, that seems like it would be my best guess since I didn't change any bluetooth files.
