Root ROM comparison for newbies?

Is there already a thread comparing the pluses and minuses of all the popular ROM's? What i've been able to gleen so far is that some have higher performance (at cost of stability in some phones), some are buggier, and some have a different look that some people prefer.

No there is not a comparison of ROMs. However they are getting ready to start doing reviews on ROMs.
