Root [ROM/CWM/Kernel] CM7.2-RC1-requisite0 [BETA2]

Have any Cricket users flashed this successfully and had data? Just curious. I'm dying for CM on my phone, even though rooted with all bloatware removed on the Vitality is already buttery smooth for a low end phone, unfortunately data just doesn't want to work for me.

Goofed around with it in wifi mode and loved it. Just hoping I luck out and data gets fixed for people like me or maybe a fellow Cricket user will point out I can do something.

Regardless all the hard work is so appreciated!

I've been waiting for this to reach a more finalized state before trying it myself. So you have no problems other than cellular data? How about GPS? I mainly use my Vitality as a GPS, for email and Google Voice over wifi, and a few minutes of talk with PagePlus.

Honestly I didn't bother with it. I believe it's supposed to be working, though.

If you're already backed up through the older 5.0.2.7 CWM with Odin, take the time to flash this and see how it goes for you. Only takes maybe 15 minutes to do if that, and if you don't like it you can push the old CWM back on your phone with Odin and restore your old backup no problem. I've done it several times while trying tweaks to get data going but no luck. If data works for you, the ROM is a gem.

data does work it worked for me, but as the above person said, it lags and takes a while to come on... im speaking for our metro users

Digital roaming fix is enable airplane mode then disable it and it says it didn't update through *228 but it did restart your phone

Hey Req0, thanks for all the hard work and especially for making the best rom for the prevail.. I am going to change this to overclockable kernel and new gapps very soon... God.. I love it! :D

Thanks for the mod, some more specific instructions would have been friggin wonderful though. Messed around with odin and an older tar file that came with it to get CWM loaded and I installed all the zips one by one. Now I'm stuck in a bootloop and ADB doesn't recognize it.

Yes but I don't know the specific keys for recovery mode.
I've tried everything, it just goes right back to the loop. Volume down and camera right?
