Yeah, but as far as MMS goes, it didn't matter. Throughout the thread there have been lots of people that say their MMS is working. Look at the OP, says that MMS isn't working, but for only like 10% of users

2) Read the thread and you will see that there is a big issue with the camera that req0 is working on. It will be a while, so don't ask.
First of all, I'd like to say thank you requisite0, for taking an interest in the Samsung Admire and for making CM7.2 possible on this device. Your hard work is greatly appreciated
Now regarding future updates, you mentioned that you were planning on implementing an overclocked kernel for CM7.2. As you have seen in the Stock++ thread, there are a few people that were having problems with the OC'd ROM, running into constant freezes and force closes. I myself have had such problems. In some cases, after flashing, my screen was stuck on the metroPCS boot animation for over an hour. In other cases where I had reflashed the ROM, I managed to successfully load into the phone, but ran into constant freezes and force closes. I have also downloaded SetCPU and underclocked it to the original 800, but the problems persisted. Rest assured that I have followed your instructions to a T, and have even wiped data and the works as a precaution, but to no avail. It seems that even though we all have the same phones, some of them just can't handle being overclocked at 900.
So that brings me to my suggestion: If possible, and if it's not too much trouble, could you please make a separate version of CM7.2 that is not overclocked?
Once again, your hard work is greatly appreciated. When I can, I will gladly buy you a beer for all you've done

when installing a new rom I always get that, but what I do is flash once, reboot then wipe everything and flash the rom twice it ends up workin later

What does not make sense, I hope someone still makes the camera work!! I live in Moldova, Europe city Rybnitsa, speaking in Russian, and only in CM 7.2 is Russian. Here we are all waiting for the new town on the R720 firmware

Could be a bad download, happens all the time. Just redownload/reflash. And try it then. Because mines running perfect

Yeah that's what I thought too, but I've already downloaded and reflashed several times and ended up with the same result.

I don't get the point in flagging then wiping, wouldn'tit just delete everything? That is if the wipe does what it is supposed to.
The only issue I lve had is occassionally ill try to make a call and it will reboot itself this rom is still in beta and its stable but there is still bugs give the devs time to sort it out right now the main focus is getting the camera to work properly after that it shouldn't be that long before we get the unofficial official release

Because I know with the prevail even though the ported CM9 alpha still has a kernel with overclocking abilities that works fine...

It's possible.. but not sure, because I have had roms on my prevail that some kernels just dont work with other roms.. I know that both kernels have ex4 implementation and such, but until I read otherwise I will not be trying the stock++ kernel on the cm7 rom.. but if you are right, which I hope you indeed are... then it's OC time for my girls phone!
