You will have to go over to Oppo forum. I really don't know. There are bricked phones in the Find 7 forum, read and see if you can get a hint and how to ask. Then ask in the forum for your phone. There's so many ROMs and not much organization.

Maybe the original version of whatever was on your phone has a link.

The R827T is a China only phone, primarily for China Mobile's "TD" network. Its 3G is TD-SCDMA only. There's very little information for it even on Oppo's international forum, Oppo Forums. If you need to reload the original Color OS firmware ROM, can get it here.
OPPO R827T - ColorOS

FYI the suffix "T" in Oppo's numbering scheme, means it's a phone specifically for China Mobile. While it should work with other carriers, they're not locked, but may be 2G EDGE service only, and if trying to use it in North America, good luck.

Oppo has dozens of phones in their range, but they only sell a few of them internationally and have international versions, specifically Find 5, Find 7, N1, N3, R5 at the moment.
