Root ROM Developer Woes

Ok since ive tried to start working on a rom the universe seems to have decided that i am not allowed to start

-Both of jmzs stock roms are corrupt,
-Idk how to get an actually flashable zip rom out of the rom.zip from the ruu
-All attempts to access other copies of the stock rom have failed
-How can i try to make a rom without the stock rom to work off of?

can anyone help me?

yep, downloaded those, twice each. Most archive managers report that it is corrupt, i tried repairing it with winrar but still failed to get a working flashable zip (the original zip wont flash on my phone either)

JMZ is going to fix the downloads when he gets home, but I posted a fix in the thread if you can't wait.
