One quick question. Does the camera take only out of focus pics on purpose? or is that a bug? or is it just me?

Can I just go into recovery and install it from the downloaded zip there? Do I need to open a terminal?

I've seen warnings to not install stuff from the blue led prompt recovery so I always do the

from terminal, then open Rom Manager and boot into recovery.

Not sure if that's needed, but always works for me.
