Help Rom installation menu?

Three times now I have pulled my phone out of my pocket and it had been on a black screen with yellow words saying "warning!! Installing a custom rom can yadda yadda yadfa. .. press volume up to continue or volume down to cancel"

What did my pocket press to make this happen?

do you have a rom manager installed? what launcher are you using? it took me a while to make sure nothing can be activated from my llockscreen while in my pocket then i installed droif notify and i keep sending pocket texts now..
anyway im thinking you couldve accidentally accessed a recovery menu after a combination of button pushes in your pocket

3 times is enough to rule out accidentally pushing a combination of buttons so I would guess a program that you have installed is the culprit, that or the droid gods are trying to make you the prophet of samsung admire owners by showing you the way to get custom roms on our phones lol. Either way, I only hope whatever is happening doesn't cause you to accidentally brick your phone.

It seems to happen when my phone dies due to lack of battery. It turns off (sometimes o hear it, sometimes I don't) and when i take it out of my pocket after I extract myself from my climbing harness it on the crazy screen.
It happened again today.
