how do I go about killing it? This is new to me

Sorry. I thought you'd get the joke in that.

You really DONT want to kill thermald. It's a failsafe to keep your phone from overheating. It scales the cpu back as it gets hotter, then shuts the phone down if it gets too hot.

The problem that I've been seeing is that it THINKS that it's getting too hot and reboots, even though it's not.

I really don't recommend killing the process.

I'm thinking there's an issue with the way it's polling, the stock one polls less often... and we all know how crappy this phone's sensors are...

lol. owned. I completely missed the joke :p I mean...I do know a little bit but when it comes to certain processes and what they do I'd be lying if I said I studied each one. :]

Thanks for the info

Awesome sausage thanks az...did you tweak something for quick battery charge ability? Seems like I plug my Spec in at 5% and it's full in less than two hours.

Only thing I notice is some programs crash if you rotate screen. Ds battery saver Apollo and a few others, I notice it's mostly programs that run on the status bar in some form.

Also the latest nightly has beta tablet ui, it works no fc or reboots but notifications look crazy, hence the beta but I'm glad they are starting to add in some cool new features latest nightly also running very smooth

Hey AZ or anyone else, what is the battery life like on this compared to the other JB roms? Been considering flashing this one, cause it looks entirely different compared to the other roms. Thx

Its kind of the same as all jb ROMs, CM, Aokp, Elemental X, but its kind of what you think you can flash to try it out, performance might be a little worse than other jb ROMs but I like it

I keep trying the new ROMs in search of one that might have the Aspect Ratio Correction.
The ICY Fusion 4.7 is the one that I always end up back on.

The PAC ROM for my DInC II has the adjustment for individual apps, but you have to get the app to launch.

Great work with these ROMs AZ, Thank you very much...
