Root [ROM] JellyBeanSandwich

see if this attached zip will work for you.

copy to external sdcard
flash thru recovery
reboot.

mms should be fixed

well not sure if this helps.. but ill release a pure stock flasher rom with only root for all you scardy cats that want stock back :p

but jus an fyi, if you rooted, than it's permanent my friends LOL

should alwayyys read up on things before "doing" them

but luckily you have people such as boneface and myself willing to take what little knowledge I have and use it for GOOD LOL

I am a little confused about "permanent" - I did a backup [using Recovery] of my stock before flashing. This means I can "go back"?
 
yeah you were smart enough to make a backup lol, but I mean "root" is permanent until an un-rooting method is available.., is there one already??

and anyone who didn't make a backup of stock is probly screwed.. but someone can just wipe data than make a backup of there stock to share.. it should work fine as long as data is wiped prior to backing up
 
Bah, if I really brick my phone, I'll just pull my battery, pull off the battery leads then run it over with the company forklift.

I'm paying for insurance, as long as the phone can't power up they can't check anything...:D
 
I am getting
E:signature verfication failed
E:Installation failed
Installation aborted

I rooted my phone
backed up my data
booted into CWM
deleted data and cache
but when i go to install i get that error

what am i doing wrong??
 
Lol I posted in the wrong thread earlier all my bugs are on this ROM.
But I have no problems with MMS what so ever
 
Just wondering :f there is an easy way to remove the text from lockcreen and status bar (s76) or possibly change it to what I want

yes there is a way, to do it manually witch involves using root explorer or any other root browser. or you could do it manually. just have to edit the file in "system/vendor/bin/xml/eri_metro.xml. once you find that, scroll to where you see "ERI TEXT = MetroPcs(s76, or jbs)" and edit that

Just all of zepplinrox v6 ,kak, battery tweaks, launcher mods,

A2sd with data and data/data on external so all my games go to external and a few other tweaks.

Great work on these ROMs man if I didn't work so much I'd make 4.1 hell id give you full access to my server with lilo or vnc viewer it could compile in about an hour maybe two at the most. I just don't ever have time working 16 hrs + 7 days a week

did you have these going before or after you were having problems with your touch and keyboard?
not exactly sure how those scripts will effect your phone since i havent even seen the kernel yet.
