Root [ROM] Liquid Thundersense v1.25

Awesome, thanks for posting this DD. It is so nice to see all of the old people from the OG Droid days. I still remember when Slayher was just doing themes and kernels, now he is working on Official CM! O.O. And Liquid always had awesome roms for the Droid.

Anyone know if Fabulous is still playing with that hunk of plastic Droid X? Someone needs to get that boy a TB so we can get some Fab TB theme loving up in here!!!

(and yea it is good to see not just the devs but also the posters that were over in the Droid forum back in the day, you all made it feel like a community and seeing all these familiar faces makes it feel like home again.)

Edit: and you still have one of the best avatars I've ever seen digdug!!

So far so good. I do like the boot animation and really like the animation when you power the phone down. I also, so far haven't had any random reboots. I haven't messed with overclocking other that what its set at when first loaded. Seems so far to be a pretty solid build.
I'll let ya know a about battery life after using it tomorrow.

I really like this ROM. The only thing I don't like is the battery, the splash screen, and the boot animation. Anybody got the quietly rooted inverted splash screen and the stock boot animation?

I downloaded it earlier will probably flash tomorrow. This does not come with the new radio but is based off the newest ruu leak.
Have you flashed the new radio yet?

Well while I loved most things about this Rom my gps would not lock on. That's a killer for me. I tried the usual gps fix, different kernels no luck.
It was probably the smoothest Rom I have tried to date on the bolt and that app drawer=AWESOME!

Back to bamf I guess.

kinda feeling the same way. I like the customer rosie, and the app drawer is definitely a notch in the win collumn. But to change what I don't like means giving up something I do sooo... back to bamf as well. :(

Yea I flashed it when I installed BAMF 1.5 a few days ago. It didn't really do much for me since I'm not in a 4G area. It does seem like it transitions from tower to tower better.

Dumb question alert! I'm still on liquid 1.0. (love it). Do I need to do a full wipe etc to upgrade to the latest one?
Yeah liquid recommends a full wipe of data and cache before installing the new update. Just backup your apps using titanium backup then flash the new rom. As for downloading using Rom Manager, it works pretty well but for some reason seems to take longer than going to the site and downloading for me. I've been running this since earlier this afternoon and the gps does seem to be working better. Other than that I'll have to run a bit longer to get a full read on the release.:D
