Help ROM Manager "Backup Existing ROM"

so if I root my phone and then use ROM Manager to "Backup Existing ROM" without changing a thing, in otherwords stock but rooted. If I install Shabbymod and go back to ROM Manager can I use my Backup to return to stock but rooted?

dont do it cuz the phone is not supported and u can brick your phone if you do

moses is correct, all teh backup feature does is boot into clockworkmod recovery (which you dont have) and run an automated nandroid
