Root Rom manager download rom option

Okay I'm getting a little irritated here. Ever since velocity 2(to give you a time frame not saying its velocity doing it because my issue happens on all roms) I go to the download rom option in rom manager and it never works. Both the velocity option and assorted things option and it always says unable to download rom list
