Root ROM Manager Question

I have seen people talk about using ROM Manager to update themes, etc but I have not been able to do that with the one that came with SkyRaider or the most current one in the Market. My thought is that you have to be a premium user to access that stuff? Just curious if anyone can answer that for me as I have not found much info regarding the app.

Okay, but for example, if you go to the Incredible List page where you get the Skyraider ROM, it talks about the Uncommon Pack theme, and it says that you get the currect version through ROM Manager (see below copied text). That is where I am confused...

Download: This pack is now incompatible with 3.5. A new one is in Rom Manager under HTC Themes.
 
Here is another question. I clicked to upgrade within the app,and 2 options popped up. One was 4.99 in the market, and the other was 3.99 through what i am guessing is Koushes PayPal. I have access to the Web Connect downloading, but not sure if i have full "Premium" user features. Can anyone confirm either way?
 
You do NOT need the paid version. The paid version unlocks the automatic update notification and gives you acess to the CM nightlies and usually one other rom and web connect. All other themes, roms and patches can be downloaded manually with the free version or from wherever the developer is hosting it. Rom manager is not a requirement to flash roms, themes, kernels etc, it just is a more user friendly interface than using clockwork manually.

Can you explain to me how to get access to those themes, etc through ROM manager? I guess I am just not aware of how it is done then.

EDIT** I just figured it out. The 'Download ROM' selection had premium in the description so i don't think i ever tried it thinking it wouldn't let me!! Sorry!!
