I rooted my phone and downloaded SetCPU and ROM Manager. Can I do everything I need with ROM Mager to install a different ROM and wipe everything that needs wiped, and what all needs to be wiped? Or is there more apps required.

You can wipe data and cache before installing a ROM downloaded through ROM Manager by checking the box off, but honestly, it's better to download the ROM, hit cancel, reboot to recovery, and wipe boot, data, cache, and system, and THEN install the ROM from the .zip file manually. I've emailed Koush about adding checkboxes to also wipe boot and system through a ROM Manager prompt some time ago, but he never replied. Which is weird, cause I've gotten replies from him before.
