When I go into rom manager and click download ROM it says "error occurred while downloading in development list"
What should i do to fix it?

Try uninstalling/reinstalling ROM manager.
You can also install ROMs by downloading them to your SD card and rebooting into recovery, no real need to use ROM manager to do this.
