Good build Bo, only issue is MMS still not working. But I can live with it.

Sometimes you have to toggle airplane mode aggressively to get the data connection back, don't give up! MMS was working last time I used it.

Are you on metro pcs? MMS is working on most devices weird how you have had this problem this whole time. This is just the start guys. Im working on resizing the whole rom right now. As of beta1 we are still using apps made for hdpi devices. Im working on building a miui kernel with reqs source that will be clocked at 850. Also req is working on his next cm build with alot of fixes. When he is finshed i will be building miui with his cm base up to date.

I'm definitely trying. Heck, if I can get MMS up again, well, I'd be a real happy customer to say the least.

I'm *98%* sure I did. But I'll try re-flashing it.

EDIT: I flashed the new fix and still no real change. My data is fine and all, but the MMS refuses to go. Eh.

are you booting into rom first before flashing the mms fix?
everything worked for me right out of the box. mms and data. im on tour right now and havent seen a 3g signal in days, but yes..mms works. i only needed to toggle AM once.
only thing i notice not working is google talk authentification failed. i dont even use that anyway.

That I am. I feel like the step "Don't Import Data" well, I turn off my phone before the Backup & Restore part comes up to try and avoid it.

wipe cache partition
format system
format data
format cache
wipe dalvik cache.
install rom
boot rom
boot recovery(a few minutes later)
wipe cache
mount system
mount data
flash mms fix
reboot
toggle airplane mode
sync google account

if youre a mpcs user, there is no reason this shouldnt work for you, unless youre in the middle of a desert and your phones case is made of led.

Apparently Daytona is the desert lol. Everything but MMS works as usual. But it's not a big deal, I'd like to have it sure, but the cam works as does the market. So no complaints really.

EDIT: The MMS fix is supposed to remove the indicator as well right? If so, then I'm clearly messing up because its still very well there.
 
bugs so far..airplane mode doesnt turn off data, data stays enabled
wifi stopped working after an hour(on this rom, on my bu of stock++ wifi works)
gps doesnt toggle on/off and airplane mode wont even toggle sometimes
also reboot recovery from toggle menu doesnt reboot recovery, reboots back into rom.
*228 force closes com.android.phone
 
everythings good except for the keyboard, the spell check doesn't seem to work at all anymore, as if it doesn't have a dictionary. But I like the new boot animation :D

DO NOT TRY TO REBOOT INTO RECOVERY. Same goes fot cm7. Damn your having alot of bugs. What kernel are you using?

im using the 900 kernal, im sorry i didnt know i not to reboot into recovery.
everything was working awesome for awhile, i started reinstalling all my apps from app manager, that went fine. when that was done i decided to go t othe play store and thats when i noticed my wifi and airplane mode acting up. i will will try a fresh install with only the 800 kernal later tonite when i get back to my hotel.
but still, this thing was kicking ass after i installed it, im willing to bet that alot of it could be operator error then at this point. except for the reboot recovery

Well dont get down on your self lol.I have noticed the 800mhz kernel runs miui better( at least less buggy) This is still beta. Any one wanna resize some 9. Pngs for me?!

for some odd reason.. my 3G is running faster. (speedtest.net) :D

But I did try to flash to the 900ghz prossesor.. but its only showing 800mghz

Nice! It runs really smooth!

but I kind of messed up and downloaded an Iphone lockscreen. (from my phone)
Installed it, now my lock screen looks like this.
And now im suck on my lockscreen, I can move the toggle. Turns on everything.. but its to large and cant get in..

any ideas on how to get back to the original lockscreen? without having to re flash.. :(
