Root [ROM](MI-CHEE BETA 2 PUBLIC TEST RELEASE) Full Miui GB rom CM7 based

Try running Fix Permissions within CWM recovery and then reboot, enter root explorer and remount the system as r/w. Then you should be able to change the permission of the /data/system/theme directory with Root Explorer. If that fails then just go into the application manager and hit clear data for root explorer.
 
I got it to work but the themes don't seem like they ate 100% they are glitchy like my status bar has a little black box in the upper left corner no matter what theme I use and turns white when using certain apps.

Watch out for the lockscreen. Only apply lockscreens that fit as per OP. There is a link there for those. I have the iPhone theme with a custom lockscreen I made. It's not 100% the way I want it but it works. When it's finished, i'll post a link

Ill post a theme guild for miui later. Not all themes will work right.... (damn mdpi)
 
Just like with the CM7.2 RC1 Beta2 I can't sem to get data working. I see that another Vitality user was able to get it going but I have had no luck yet on either. I am running Monster 4 with no problems but with these two it has been rough. I tried the Cricket APN settings and even had access to fla**h2t*lk but they had no luck in getting it going either. Is it in the framework of the ROM or is it within certain Vitality that you just get lucky when you get one that works? I can provide any info needed if asked by anyone as to what I have. I love the layout on this one and would like to run it. Other than data everything runs fine. WiFi is working fine. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

What I do is download the theme I want then go to customize theme in the personal menu and use one of the mdpi lockscreens while applying the other aspects of the theme to everything else. Don't change the status bar as you will get that black box in the top left corner.

Some status bars work fine
Edit: in op i have a status bar that works in screen shots.
 
Kudos Bo. Micheee nice.i found bugs. 1 when i try to connect usb to comp phone reboots. 2 after in/uninstalling the apps the Phone reboots. 3 when i try to dwnload apps off ggle play i get error code saying inssufficient internal space. I have bout 80mb of internal storage. 4 900mhz is causing freez and hotboot. Lieterally phone gets hot hot and reboots. 5 hq in you tube really laggy or no show only audio. And i still get roaminig triangle even with "mms fix".6 Android keyboard only predicts contacts. No spell check. Buggy. either way thanks for the hard work. Lastly can you create an overclocked kern running 850 or 875mhz

Ive been thinkin about doing this. When my phones at 900 it reboots alot. I use setcpu at 850 and this never happens.
As far as the playstore read op again.
 
My wifi stopped turning on, it used to work but now every time I try turning it on it says error and never even turns on, can this be fixed without having to reflash?
