If these icons are from Button Savior, I'm impressed:
I see there are themes available for Button Savior.
I can't see if this is newer: [ROM] Beta MIUI.us Tenderloin HP TouchPad 2.3.7 by scott951 - xda-developers
I think the original post was 1.12.9 prealpha so this would be newer.

Ok, installed w/o wiping data, got an annoying loud start-up sound and after booting got "the process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly" every 6 seconds. From what I understand, the fix is to wipe data.
Opened TIBU and couldn't read the filter screen since it was white on white.
I decided to end it after 5 minutes. I'm not going to wipe data and set everything up again for a very-alpha build.
I'll revisit this rom after they get the buttons fixed.
