Actually ill be honest i do t really know what exactly the prl update is supposed to do. I'm just trying to desperately increase my 3g signal.

You need an HTC dialer for the steps. I recommend using Harmonia as it is the most stable rom for this phone out there. By doing this any error you'll have will be human error and not software error.
 
Have the V3 lite version set up but I keep getting Exchange closing and can't seem to get my emails to show in the native app. Is this a known issue or something with my flash?
 
Was a bad flash. All is working correctly now. Running Holo Launcher and Locker and this really feels a lot like Jellybean. Once question: does anybody know a way to get the lockscreen to look like the one in CM10 with that weather etc.? Just really liked the look of that.

Also were up able to update your prl with this ROM. I know u were having issues installing the HTC dialer. Did u find a solution.
 
If you are S-Off...you can flash the update ;) Go to the update thread I started, and find the posts for krowley. He did some good work for the firmware and made a flashable zip for other stuff. That's what I was doing for a little while.

we are starting to go off topic but i have to ask... im currently on mob lite and im s-off... will flashing krowley's zip change anything (and i dont mean radios...i mean anything in the rom itself)
 
A few libs and whatnot...it won't actually change the ROM itself. It'll work without a problem. I did it on V3 normal. Best bet is to make a nandroid just to be safe.

I'd do the bootloader first, then go to recovery, then flash the rom, then flash the update, then flash the superuser fix.
 
Does anyone else have the problem when centering the clock in statusbar on V3 lite version where you get two clocks after you wake phone or reboot. Is there something i can do to remedy this. It worked on 2.57.:(
