Same shit brother, still doing the bootloop boogaloo :) I am going to redownload all 4 tests and run them all over again just to be sure. Instead of running the LD full wipe im just going to wipe/data factory reset, hey who knows maybe it will work lol! This is the least I can do to make myself useful while youre busting your ass coding, I will post updates.

Well.... I just re-downloaded all the tests (1,2,3,and 4) placed them on my connect and wiped data/factory reset and then tried flashing T1 (bootloop) then I wiped data/factory reset again and then tried flashing T2 (bootloop) I did this for all 4 tests but they all did the exact same bootloop, the LG logo flashes then reappears, then it freezes right at the very beginning of the bootup animation.

Could you try a lucid boot.img?

LOL!! Check your inbox and let me know if there is anything else I can try to help with. If I did that wrong let me know how to do it correctly and I will give it a shot if its possible, I never tried one for a bootloop before lol!

No not yet, I just sent him another logcat of the bootloop issue for T5 (test 5) a few hours ago so now he's gtta go through it and hopefully the issue shows itself, I did see errors in it but dnt know if thts causing the bootloops
 
Man, who would have thought that vv5 would be such a pain? Rooting, custom rom... LG really did a bang up job on the damn security on this vv5 version huh?

Well the s4 is 70 bucks were i live :D tempting and its on metro btw they did kinda screw us over on vv5

More than likely it's probably locked and will b a pain to root it. That's just 70 bucks down then another 20 dollars a month for 2 years right?

My next phone is coming from Google, they come unlocked.... :)

Guess u never heard of the loki patch right ythe very same thing that helped the motion and spirit get kernels
 
I need one faster, with a bigger screen and longer battery life.
Galaxy S4 or Nexus 5 or Motorola X Maxx or Sony Z ultra .... tough choice so far but i intend to keep my $55 all unlimited plan!
