Root [ROM] Nero v4 /voodoo *Team Whiskey*

I just downloaded and installed V3 over the weekend. Looks like I have more work to do. Great ROM. From a former blackberry user who never waited for official firmware releases, only a chump would. Download this ROM and do not look back.

I'm going to wait a bit till they work out the kinks on this cause v3 I wicked. Team Whiskey FTW

I was gonna wait but was at work and really bored. Decided to flash this to give it a test run and what do come to find, an updated version with additional fixes. He's going to include a newer version with a battery mod that has a bigger percentage display. I knew I shoulda waited but oh well. Idle hands are the devils playground.

I flashed the Nero 4.1 last night and it cooks. Imagine if Samsung and T-Mobile had done this from the start. This phone with TW's Nero 4.1 kicks IPhone's a$$.

I flashed Nero v4.1 along with the DoW 1.4Ghz Kernel and I am using Voodoo. it seems this thing is wicked fast... alothough I may revert back to stock kernel due to some intermitant lock-ups. I am also using the BlackFroyo v1.3 theme (I like it better than v1.4). I am once again in love with this phone.

I am now using the DoW kernel and this thing is wicked. I had the values set improperly and it caused me to go into a boot loop. I have it set to some reccommended values and it seems to be running alot better now. This quoted from the kernel dev himself:

those who think 1.4ghz is pushing it too far.....1
4 was chosen because of the high percentage of stable runs.
I built 1.6ghz kernels for people who said "take it to the Max, I'll try it." And a few ran it.
1.4 is far more stable and it was my daily driver until I got the nexus s.
And some never ran stable past 1.2, 1.6 and 1.2 are the minority and 1.4 the vast majority.
Most sad? That battery life at 1ghz, 1.4ghz or 800mhz are just about identical.
Just a little fyi.

I am using the normal dragon kernel now but can't use the overlock version. I can't even use the DOW because of freezes. However, with voodoo lagfix, Nero v4, and the normal dragon kernel at least I can get 1650+

I place all my Roms, kernels, modems, etc in a seperate folder. When you go into CWM, choose the selection "install zip from sd card" From here you have to find its location and then install the zip

quick question. I installed nero 4.1 voodoo and want to try out nero 4.1 voodoo with touchwiz. What do i have to do? DO i have to uninstall nero4 4.1?
