ok nvm i fixed it. i installed froyo from the samsung galexy ace and ran backup format.(on my pc)

I tried this but it did not work, after format and update, i get a error every few seconds saying touchpal needs to force close, so i changed input to android keyboard and the same error comes but for android keyboard.
So non of the key boards work.
