Root [ROM][Nov 7][G900FXXU1ANJ1][4.4.2][Knox 0x0][ART][Private] NeatROM v2.5.3

_Sale_am going to download NeatRom and install the G7, I hope I do everything right :)

I rooted my phone the same day I got it (am 0x1 )

am done downloading ready to flash:)

my home screen is very basic got the accuweather wigit and 3g watchdog and thats about it, only fancy thing is the battery indicator thanks to _Sale_ :) .

Wanam has claimed his new release solves the private mode not working. It didnt work for me anyone else had any luck?

Installation Instructions via CWM recovery (KNOX 0x1)


1. PLEASE make a Nandroid backup of your current ROM!!!!
2. Backup your Internal SD to your PC
3. Download NeatROM onto your phone (either internal or external SD card) and reboot your phone into recovery mode (turn your phone off and then press & hold Volume Up & Home & Power buttons)
4. Reboot your phone into recovery mode (turn your phone off and then press & hold Volume Up & Home & Power buttons)
" IF YOU'RE COMING FROM ANOTHER CUSTOM ROM OR HAVING ISSUES WITH APPS FORCE CLOSING AFTER THE FIRST BOOT, IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO WIPE DATA AND THEN INSTALL NeatROM"
5. Select "Install Zip" and then navigate to where the NeatROM zip is located on your SD card
6. Once the Aroma Installer starts, select the options that you would like to install
7. When the ROM has finished installing, and at the end of the installation process in Aroma, UN-TICK "Reboot Device"---pic1
8. Remove the battery for a few moments and then put it back in, boot into Download Mode (press Volume Down + Home + Power, then press volume up)
9. Download and open PC Odin
10. Download, extract and flash MODEM (load as CP) and BOOTLOADER (load as BL) in ONE STEP---pic1---pic2
11. If something goes wrong and your device will not boot after flashing, try to remove the battery for a few moments and then put it back in, press and hold VolumeUP + Home + Power to boot the device into recovery mode and do a "wipe Data"

7. UN-TICK "Enable EverRoot" (NeatROM is already rooted)---pic1
8. UN-TICK "Wipe data and cache"---pic1
9. UN-TICK "Wipe Dalvik cache"---pic1
10. Select "After flash..." then select "Download mode"---pic1,---pic2
11. Select "Flash firmware"---pic1
12. Once the Aroma Installer starts, select the options that you would like to install
13. When the ROM has finished installing, and at the end of the installation process in Aroma, UN-TICK "Reboot Device"---pic1

4. Go to Settings/Security/ and UN-TICK "Send security reports"
5. Go to Settings/About device/Software update/ and UN-TICK "Auto update"
6. Root your phone with Towelroot---pic1---pic2
7. Reboot and install SuperSu from the PlayStore
8. Run SuperSU and select "Continue", "Normal" and "OK". ---pic1,---pic2,---pic3 Wait a few seconds and then reboot device
9. Run SuperSU again and select "Try to disable KNOX"---pic1,---pic2
10. Reboot and download NeatROM onto your phone
11. Check the md5sum of the NeatROM.zip
12. Purchase and install Mobile Odin Pro
13. Run Mobile Odin Pro---pic1---pic2

There are 4 new widgets:
- enabled flashlight widget
- enabled mono/stereo audio widget
- enabled Mobile hotspot widget
- enabled negative colors widget

- enabled developer options in setting
- enabled installation of apps from unknown sources by default
- disabled verify apps by default
- added in aroma option to install 3minit battery mod
- removed securestorage option from aroma (private mode and ART work perfectly with "false" securestorage ;) )

NeatROM v2.5 should be available next week :)
