Root [ROM][Nov 7][G900FXXU1ANJ1][4.4.2][Knox 0x0][ART][Private] NeatROM v2.5.3

ok this maybe a dumb question and i apologize in advance, i am already running an older version of neatrom if i want to update to the latest version all i need to do is run the update in mobile odin right? Do i need to flash the modem and bootloader again? I have knox 0x0.

Not quite as v2.5.1 have newer modem and bootloader so you flash rom via mobile odin, full wipe in aroma, UN-tick reboot device in aroma after flash and then using PC odin, u flash new modem and bootloader which are included in instruction no.2

Ps. But if you not in hurry, there will be v2.5.2 coming later this week with couple of new mods and full wipe will be strongly advised so I can suggest to wait for v2.5.2 :) i will post more info tomorrow.

Probably there will be CRO and ATT added as well but I must wait for @_Sale_ as there was little issue with them ;)

Got couple of requests but unfortunately not all CSC are available - didn't found some of them, but i will keep looking to include them and many more in future releases...

v2.5.2 should be available before weekend but if anything will change, I will let you kno ASAP :)
 
amazing was missing the quick glance from my s4 now i can get it back :) A small request in future updates if it is possible can you add a CSC for India. The only thing im missing now is private mode + Wanam Xposed and my phone will be perfect.

I will include India csc in next release as v2.5.2 is ready (so I can't add this csc now) and will be available later today. As far as I know private mode don't work with xposed and I don't know when this will be fixed.
 
in the last update of Wanam xposed he says that its fixed but unfortunately it does not work. Honestly speaking between wanam xposed and private mode wanam xposed wins hands down, its the best 3rd party app for customization i have ever used.

I was wondering has anyone tried running this on Boost Mobile?

Also may I ask why this ROM requires an Odin flash and no other ROM I've ever used has?

Not complaining just don't understand is all! Thanks in advance everyone!

I'm in the USA boost Mobile uses sprint Roms. Usually just requires us to flash an APN fix and we are good to go
 
any idea how i can change the color of the default samsung keyboard? I had made it black earlier but cant figure out how to do it now.

I did rooted , you are right I think you should wait For @_Sale_ he is away but, he knows the update is out .

Probably on his free time working on it , we all know how he is

is different for me because ,my Knox was 0x1 before NeatRom S5

im actually downloading it right now also. What do u mean he is away? Any idea when he would be back? There is no difference but the people who have 0x0 are towelroot users and can claim warranty on their devices without too much of a problem from sammy. I dont think towelroot would be available for 5.0.
