LOL no worries,:shakehands: Thats what we are all here for, to help each other out. We all started out the same way, I went though the same thing starting out. thought i killed my phone. ended up in a ball on the floor crying like a baby.. not really but you get my point.

P, don't get mad but i have to correct you, it should be you don't need to format "anything" not nothing.. Sorry My OCD kicked in :p

Thanks again for the reminder, won't happen again. I'll make sure to back-up EVERYTHING, including ROMs, just in case... The problem was that I hadn't downloaded the FULL ROM file because my PC's internet went 'wierdo' on me and only download 23/143MB, so when I went to flash the ROM it resorted to an error, and left me with what I "thought" would be a bricked phone, but thanks to you guys I found out how to get into "Recovery Mode" :) which saved me from what could have been an embarrassing trip to the MetroPCS Store, Thanks bnb25 & mrpnut for the help.

what i always do is after i make back ups, I than take a copy and put it in a file i have on a hard drive.

So far so good on 1.6.. Light usage..

Edit: few hours later.. The cliff dive was from heavier usage for awhile with brightness cranked up, but still good to be at 50 and 8 hours..

I haven't heard back on this.

I have some random ass... issue with force closes on <-------> lock .
My titanium and beautiful widgets go screwy ... that's all roms on the slide up everything cool. On 1.6I can't flash the slide up lock screen or install beautiful widgets .

I hardly use this phone I got a company phone .

Ldrifta you where suppose to call me weeks ago lol you getting all pro on me &#65532;

Hey buddyyyyyyyy.... man you can flash the slide up to unlock and install beautiful widgets. Even not reloading data. It won't work. I think the esteem is mad at me

hmmm sorry for the delay on reply lol but i have no clue why the lockscreen would cause issues with beautiful widgets.. did you try to re-download and re-flash? thats doesn't seem to be an issue with anyone else.. maybe you got a bad DL lol
 
11 thing i forgot to mention.. not sure if anyone noticed this.. but i removed the internet tweak so data should seem a lil slow on 1.6 lol, maybe not 4g but i get 1x a lot at work and on 1.6 pre release it is kinda slow.. so im putting that tweak back in for sure!! and going to keep sleep mode setting to 1 for better battery.. it is set at 2 on 1.6 PR i need to perfect the battery life on this before i give up lol

1.6 running perfect here battery life is great as well, I did notice the data connection a tab slower yes.

One thing I just started noticing was that I have to go in and out of airplane mode to receive push notifications for some apps like Yahoo messenger and voxer .. don't recall having these issues on 1.5 but idk.. was thinking it could be something with 2x battery also.. any thoughts?
