Root [ROM][Port] MokeeMod

SD ext well there is a way without sdext just download kato kernel cm7 no ext flash rom but before u boot for the first time flash the downloaded kernel then boot and swap is just up to you if u want it it makes every rom run smoother
I am using dwdialer and contacts if anyone wants to know

auro theme remember in blade buddy from playstore go to advanced scroll down u will see where it says density in 2 places they are both at 160 change them to 140 press settings click save and it will give you the option to reboot yes reboot then once rebooted everything should seem smaller like icons and such install theme apply theme then go back to blade buddy and change it back to 160 then there u go u have a new theme
 
ok... so its gotten ugly round here... tried what hdjc suggested and now i have a blank sd card lol no problem i know how to mount usb through cwm ive tried to redownload the newest version and keep getting bits and peices not complete 93 mb of rom, trying again now but lets assume i'm starting from scratch altogether. with no os period... how should i go about all this so i don't make any mistakes or have any issues the last time i tried to partition sd it said partitioning sd please wait and got stuck there.... so starting from cwm with blank sd card and no os could u please help me so i can get your os running on my phone

I use koumas SD partion tool install ctmod or ha rom install SD tool then say your SD is 8 gb mine is I use a lot of apps so I have one partion 2.5 gb in ext4 format and a 500 MB in swap formatted rest in fat let it run it also wipes SD though download mokee put on SD wipe data dvlik...etc I wipe 3 times myself install rom if u don't want the roaming off indicator download the fix I made for cm7 miui works with mokee flash that after rom boot up may take a little while for first boot I use swapper 2 from play store install that go to settings where it says place swap file click that clear it out so its blank click ok change swappness to whatever u want I use 20 go to advanced check use partion back out to when swapper first opens then click on then there u go swapper works to test it in termenal type free hit enter and if there values under swap you got it working
 
major road block.... from starting with mounting usb in cwm will not pick up my sd card keeps saying please insert disk into drive, same port i always use....
 
ok cool got that situated so for some reason half ass is current os, now when u said install koumas sd tool is that separate from the kouma mod setting thing in the rom? and for some reason the site to download latest version of your rom keeps completing without full download. going to try the beta 2

Don't use beta 2 ill upload to media fire and kouma SD partioner tool its an apk kouna made its in the threads ill get u the link
 
i found his link for tool but keeps saying file access denied...lol shoot me in tha face twice!!! gotta love it, so i'll shut up til u upload to media fire and what not and i really appreciate all your help man, nice to see a fellow georgia face in here!!!! Rise up!

this rom disregards the built in data partition in the phone, and instead uses a partition that you have to create on the sdcard as the data partition... if you do not have said partition, the rom thinks you have no data partition, and has nowhere to start installing the files you need for the phone to boot.

the solution/alternative is to switch to the another compatible kernel (the version of katokernel that says no ext) so that the rom sees the actual internal data partition.

To create a partition? Not at all.

1. Copy contents of your sdcard to your pc (formatting it WILL ERASE IT)
2. Boot into cwm
3. Select advanced> partition sdcard
4. Choose the size (i use 512, which is half a GB)
5. Choose 0 for swap

--your card is now partitioned--

6. Copy files back to your sdcard
and you're good...

The rom will now function properly, and you will have HALF A GIG of internal storage for apps! :D:D
(in addition to a working rom)
 
Hey I'm on the auro theme but for some reason when I'm on the home screen my status bar never stay transparent.its solid black I only see it transparent when in settings using apps in drawer etc...any idea why? ?
