this is not orgionally my build of cm9. I did alot of tweaks to make it more stable and have since had zero problems.
1. Added alot of init.d scripts for speed and stability
2. Replaced default launcher with Apex
3. Tons of build.prop tweaks
4. Default overclock sat to 300 - 1100 mgHz (battery charges fine here)
Im pretty jiffed about how well this works
This is not a flashable zip
1. Download the zip file
2. extract folder to /sdcard/clockworkmod/backup
3. Reboot into cwm recovery
4. wipe data/factory reset
5. wipe dalvik Cache
6. go to backup/restore
7. restore using this rom
