Looks like this ROM is Dalvik only unfortunately.

You can confirm which is active by looking at
/data/property/persist.sys.dalvik.vm.lib

libdvm.so = Dalvik
libart.so = ART

Yep the kk namless is dalvik but the next namles will be lollipop art
