Its just a script it will run. Tweak some things and make your phone snappier

There's no change in appearance if that what's your asking
 
The software update app is telling me there is an update , is it safe to update it ? Even though it's a custom rom and all ?
 
icyboy, i been without a motion temporarily, but i think thats just the update to F, someone else may better clarify.....

I would try 2GB 3.01 i think its called with the aroma installer, because he is currently supporting it, It'll be a few days to I'm back in the game

Block it if you want with es task manager or titanium backup the update usually will not work now for rooted phones. But by all means you can certainly try it These new roms will not prevent an update persay but root will

If you have the time and tech you cab do a jtag of course i don't have a step By step but I've brought back to life many a,modem back in the day from 4012 surf board Motorola up to new stuff like netgear's playing with ddwrt and I did a jtag on the lg optimus q after hard brick 3 times. I don't want to try on the motion but j/s if you have a dead one try it
 
I would love to jtag the hell outta this effer, but I wouldn't know where to start....
