Just found this tonight and it seems pretty cool so thought I'd share

Makes a backup of your (commonly included) rom settings to be be restored after a clean flash.

Haven't tried a restore yet but it seemed to back em up fine

thanks for the info funky looks like its just for AOSP ROMS and not carrier/OEM ROMS

Also should make note for new users who may not be aware but this is a root app. Which means the device you put it on must be rooted in order to use this app. I personally use TB for all my backups and as far as settings TB does a excellent job of restoring all my settings with exception to my ringtones but thats because I use only my custom tones that I have to copy back over to the system folder. I know you said you have not done a restore but was just curious if it does a better job of restoring the system settings than my previous.
