Root [ROM] Stock Jellybean (testing)

Dev work on all ZTE phones is a slow process. Anyone is free to use my work on github to carry on. I'm sure Junkie2100 would say the same for his as long as credit is given
 
it may not seem as thought ive done anything for this phone in a while but i did discover the problem with wifi on cm, i just dont personally have the knowledge to solve it. and as far as stock jellybean thats not really my area but im pretty sure mouse is still on it
 
im dying on this phone i want offline dictation and jelly bean i understand the issues associated with development
like donjuro im curious as well if there has been any progression on JB and or the wifi issues are still plaguing you guys. hope all is well:) take care

I'd be one....I can get some cool things working here as I have the resources and know-how to do some amazing things....

As for progress probably not if no one has posted anything new. Idk if this is still being worked on
 
I tried this horrific trash that is called a "ROM" and cant use 3g 4g wifi screwed my sd card up wont let me install another rom through cwm due to my sd card being trashed. ive flashed roms from the avid 4g forum with cwm touch and the only thing that didn't work was wifi because they are different carriers(metro I believe). I cant flash a new recovery through nandroid like I could with every rom ive use in the last year. Sorry dude but this thing is crapolla. oh camera don't work. Not to mention I downloaded the zip on my bros s4 and it messed up his 4g. Had to do a wipe data. He was so thrilled about it too. Boy I miss good ol shabbypenguin

You should've read through the posts and saw that the ROM is incomplete and full of problems. Its a port so there will be thing broken. If you weren't a Dev, you shouldn't have flashed it. Don't go blaming the OP for your inability to read. Mouse is an awesome Dev, not quite Shabby level but at least your ZTE device has devs sticking around cuz by his own words, Shabbypenguin wouldn't touch a ZTE phone with a 10 foot pole. Just boot the ROM, use adb to reboot to fastboot and boot a recovery image and sideload a stock ROM zip

LOL at someone flashing a rom that's for DEV testing and expecting it to work stable and more LOL for you flashing it to an S4 which isn't even compatible, this is for the Force. You can't flash any rom out there for any phone...

Your post is rude, not thought out & obviously shows your tech level is damn near zero before you post rude comments towards developers who are hear to help people you might want to learn how to do some of the basics...like umm odin... for that S4 or some reading dont get mad the post obviously says for testing. dont kill my chance for a good rom on this thing do your research please. camera on some roms is upside-down or non existent as well as wifi and if you flash the wrong rom or radio from a different provider no service or your good old standard paper weight "brick". :)

I have a zte n9100 not S4. I used a S4 to download zip, instead of pc. Just put it on SD card. Your right I was rude, although it does appear that I have some sort of knowledge if I was able to change some script in the avid 4g ICSCUP3v2 ,and have a fully functional rom on my zte n9100, WiFi,camera,sensors and accelerometer work fine. Oh yeah I can actually shut it off without pulling battery. I myself if I did consider myself a dev.or anyone else the android community relies on for advice in upgrades, I wouldn't put anything on this forum that I wouldn't test with my own phone. Ive used my phone for everything ive tested, I soft bricked it twice and the first I created my own fix for it. I also have a fully functional cm nightlies for my special little no knowledge phone. Good luck with your WiFi issues on this, Linux is a breeze compared to cracking UCC and USC articles, know that's some coded sh**. I can represent myself in court(or be your fiduciary for that matter)and build a rom. Not bad for a State Pen graduate.
