Root ROM Suggestion

Just last week I got a used Samsung Admire and immediately rooted it. I've got things set up as well as possible, but it's lagging like crazy and I barely have any memory available. I'm looking for a suggestion for what ROM to flash - I don't need anything flashy, or any special themes or anything - I'd just like a cleaned up, "snappy" ROM that preferably takes up less space than the stock ROM and just works. What are the most popular ROMs for this phone? Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!

Stock++ with LauncherPro works pretty well.

EDIT:
Monster 5.3 without the the touchwiz launcher should also be pretty good.

Forgot it has beats...

Stock++. Monster 5.2 (Do not flash 5.3, it has beats, beats has an issue that makes high quality Recording Camera video will not work and play HQ Youtube Videos. Flash 5.2)Some of Aboatrights roms,Lunar Gen ..Admiral Beast.
