Root Rom Suggestion

Hi guys, I've been on the forums from quite sometime though this is my first post.
You guys are doing a great job :)

Now lets get to the point;
I've an admire that is running cwm 5.0.2.8 and admired monster v5.3 (OC'd)
I tried benchmarking it via Antutu.
On CTMod 3.80, I scored around 2994 with that 1.2GHz kernel.
I'm back on 900MHz using Admired Monster 5.3 which scored 3540 with my clock set to 900MHz.
In Antutu app, I saw someone with an Admire who scored 4k+ on 2.3.4 (900MHz OC'd kernel)
So my question is, which rom was that or can you guys suggest me a better rom?

plus many times can affect benchmark scores.yes roms comes with tweaks already in them to make them perform better but the user can also add their own tweaks. certain affects can also affect it. also just cause you have the same phone as someone else doesnt mean it will perform the same for both of you.

I see, thanks for your replies.
I saw a post here where you need to edit the build.prop.
I edited it and my phone went into a bootloop.
Any fix or am I doing something wrong?
Another problem I'm facing with my admire is something kinda 'Input-Lag' whenever I play fruit ninja or any other game and touch the screen, animations slow down and the fps drops. :/

dont edit the build.proop unless you know what you are doing. most roms already have build.prop tweaks added to them so messing with them shouldnt be needed. If you did a backup now would be the time to restore it through the CWM that you made it, if you made a backup through cwm 5.0.2.7 then use that same version to restore it. if you used 5.0.2.8 for the backup then use that one to restore it. alternately you could just reflash the rom you were on and youll be good.

the admire isnt really a good gaming phone. i used to play angry birds space on it and it got really laggy at the deeper i progressed into the game. overclocking can help as long as its done safely and even then there risks to overclocking. we have a kernel thats 1.2 ghz so if your phone can run that then im sure gaming would be good on it. also there is an app on the market called ChainFire3D thats only for froyo and gingerbread devices that can help with the lag

Thanks for your reply qandres12.
Downloading ChainFire3D.
I've used that pressy4pie kernel it was good but 900MHz is much.
What about the 'Input-Lag' when I touch the screen fps drops.

Right so I downloaded [root] Chainfire3D, Guide please.

If you update your CWM Recovery to Version 6, you may restore all backups regardless.

I used to play deadspace on mine no root.

I was thinking people were being sarcastic, but... Now I'm like really? o_o

My phone cannot do anything of the sort. OC'd to 1200Mhz and its still sleeping on me.
