Root Rom & theme question

Hey everyone, I rooted my X 2.2.

I installed the 928 Black Glass and then the REVOlution theme...but I'm unclear about roms vs themes...Should I be running some rom with a theme over it? I've been trolling the threads but can't seem to find a concrete answer on this...any clarification is appreciated!

You don't have to have a ROM running, it is whatever feels best to you. I started the same way, rooted and used just that for awhile. Then added a theme and messed with those for awhile. Now I am on to the ROMs and putting themes on top of them. There are some real good ROMs out there, but if you are happy with Stock and a theme on top of it there is nothing wrong with that either.

Thanks! I wasn't sure if I was doing something wrong or not! I dig the way I have it now...so maybe later I'll get into ROMS! Thanks again for the quick response!
